Being a church member is not something to be treated lightly.

We are to help each other, pray for each other, and lift each other up while working together as a common body

We are to be separate from the world; not unequally yoked to non-believers

Membership is not what gets us into Heaven, rather it is a confirmation of our beliefs and doctrines.
